Operations Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing timelines across various brand families
• Lead project planning and execution for new production innovations, limited-time offerings, and SKU rationalization
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among operations, production, marketing, sales, procurement, and supply chain
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestone tracking, GANTT charts, and stage-gate documentation
• Facilitate project meetings and status updates to ensure accountability and timely execution
• Identify project risks and bottlenecks, proactively recommending solutions to keep projects on schedule
• Provide clear and concise progress updates and executive reporting to the Vice President of Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 3–7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, or operations
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and stage-gate processes
• Proficiency with project management software and GANTT chart development
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct supervisory authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product development or related consumer goods industries
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to synthesize data from multiple departments
