About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of multi-year strategic manufacturing plans for component manufacturing and machined metal parts.
  • Create business case proposals for strategic projects, including sensitivity analysis and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Partner with international site leaders, engineering, and business owners to identify barriers to success and implement operational strategies.
  • Use data-driven insights and complex financial modeling to identify opportunities for improving global supply chain KPIs.
  • Facilitate global project meetings, ensuring accountability, timeline visibility, and risk mitigation across cross-functional teams.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of new processes and strategic shifts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Operations, Engineering, or Supply Chain roles.
  • Proven experience with component manufacturing processes, including costing and operational management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for complex modeling and executive presentations.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and scenario modeling skills.
  • Demonstrated project management proficiency and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% and flexibility to work with global teams across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant business or technical field.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of driving organizational change and implementing new processes.
  • International work experience and exposure to global business environments.
