About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Operations by coordinating schedules, meetings, and special projects
  • Coordinate operational projects through planning, execution, and follow-up
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to building operations
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and calendar scheduling
  • Support planning and execution of seasonal and holiday experiences
  • Assist with on-site execution of gatherings and special events
  • Coordinate building rental requests and contracts
  • Track and steward expenses related to location operations and events
  • Manage workflows using eSpace, Formstack, and Asana
  • Serve as a liaison between location teams and central support teams

Requirements

  • 4-year bachelor's degree
  • Competence in explaining concepts and processes verbally and in writing
  • Strong attention to detail and diligence in task completion
  • Ability to work a schedule of Monday - Thursday (9a-5p) plus all-day Sunday
