Operations Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for assigned operational activities, partnering with leadership, technicians, and third-party partners to meet SLAs.
• Drive scheduling and coordination efforts, including resource allocation, technician travel, and supply/materials logistics.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for vendors and customers regarding on-site schedules and logistics.
• Manage cross-border asset transfer programs to minimize delivery delays across state or country lines.
• Build and implement scalable operational processes to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Identify operational gaps and drive resolution through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 3+ years of experience driving process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Experience building processes, project management frameworks, and complex schedules.
