About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects and timelines, driving collaboration across organizations to ensure successful closure.
  • Participate in Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to ensure seamless transitions of new models or engineering changes into production.
  • Identify program risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and coordinate supply actions to minimize excess inventory.
  • Negotiate and liaise with Marketing, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Aftermarket teams to align strategies and delivery dates.
  • Provide program status reports and recommendations to leadership, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Implement sourcing strategies and establish tooling business cases for assigned programs.
  • Coordinate Operations business units to manage customer impacts, including upgrades, returns, and campaigns.
  • Engage directly with OEMs to address production and delivery questions with clear plans and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations Management.
  • 5+ years of professional work experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP and PLM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) for interacting with international stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on-site at our Longueuil location.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience within a Pratt & Whitney Canada Operations or supply chain business unit.
  • PMP certification.
