Operations Program Engineer-Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and timelines, driving collaboration across organizations to ensure successful project closure
• Engage directly with OEMs to provide clear production and delivery plans and resolve technical questions
• Participate in Integrated Project Teams (IPT) to ensure seamless transitions of new models or engineering changes into production
• Develop strategies to mitigate program risks, manage supply issues, and minimize excess inventory
• Negotiate with Marketing, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing to align on delivery dates and requirements
• Provide program status reports and recommendations to senior leadership and marketing teams
• Establish tooling strategies and execute expenditures according to engineering and start-up budgets
• Coordinate operational business units to support upgrade programs, returns, and customer campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management
• 7+ years of professional work experience
• Proven ability to solve complex problems, communicate clearly, and lead projects
• Fluency in both English and French
• Experience within an operations or supply chain business unit is preferred
• PMP certification is an asset
• Knowledge of SAP and PLM systems is an asset
