About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage projects and timelines, driving collaboration across organizations to ensure successful project closure
- Engage directly with OEMs to provide clear production and delivery plans and resolve technical questions
- Participate in Integrated Project Teams (IPT) to ensure seamless transitions of new models or engineering changes into production
- Develop strategies to mitigate program risks, manage supply issues, and minimize excess inventory
- Negotiate with Marketing, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing to align on delivery dates and requirements
- Provide program status reports and recommendations to senior leadership and marketing teams
- Establish tooling strategies and execute expenditures according to engineering and start-up budgets
- Coordinate operational business units to support upgrade programs, returns, and customer campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management
- 7+ years of professional work experience
- Proven ability to solve complex problems, communicate clearly, and lead projects
- Fluency in both English and French
- Experience within an operations or supply chain business unit is preferred
- PMP certification is an asset
- Knowledge of SAP and PLM systems is an asset
