Operations Professional

Responsibilities

• Supervise operational activities during shifts, ensuring compliance with safety standards and platform regulations.
• Plan and coordinate the reception, entry, and exit of materials for daily operations.
• Direct and follow up on the activities of the assigned operational and mobile teams.
• Ensure accurate photographic evidence is captured and stored for all material receptions and load movements.
• Maintain operational traceability through the control and updating of formats, records, and inventories.
• Manage inventory registration and control to ensure the reliability of operational data.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations supervision and coordination.
• Degree in Industrial, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• B2 level of English proficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of database management.
• Strong soft skills including critical thinking, leadership, adaptability, and effective communication.
