Operations Professional

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between the corporate Smart Operations team, local plant departments, and the OT team for all digital transformation initiatives.
• Define and implement specific digital initiatives tailored to the plant's operational needs.
• Drive a culture of innovation and creativity within the plant by implementing new technologies and approaches to improve OT operations.
• Train and advise plant personnel and management on the risks and opportunities related to OT and digital change.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of control systems and production areas.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Experience with network programming and ABB languages.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• English proficiency at a B2-C1 level.
• Strong soft skills including critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and adaptability.
