Operations Processor

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of a service center or department environment
• Collect data and prepare related operational reports
• Prepare input forms for automated data processing systems
• Coordinate projects and furnish information to authorized personnel
• Provide guidance to employees regarding personnel policies and procedures, including policy interpretation
• Utilize internal company operations to execute daily duties

Requirements

• 1+ year of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
• Strong data collection and reporting skills
• Experience with automated data processing system input
