Operations Processor, GPL - Implementation, Maintenance, & Quality

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex operations duties to support the implementation, maintenance, and quality assurance of treasury management products.
• Collect data and prepare operational reports to support departmental efficiency.
• Ensure customer implementation data is accurately captured and systems are correctly installed.
• Coordinate with customer service representatives, sales officers, and relationship managers to deliver quality services.
• Communicate product dependencies and establish timelines for implementation.
• Provide guidance to employees regarding personnel policies and procedures.
• Perform post-implementation analysis as required.

Requirements

• At least two (2) years of experience in operations support or an equivalent combination of work experience, training, and education.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Taguig City/Makati City.
• Amenable to working shifting schedules (including mid and night shifts) and working during Philippine holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two (2) years of college education, preferably in Banking, Finance, or a business-related field.
• Over two (2) years of professional experience in Financial Services or a Shared Services environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and its advanced features.
• Professional experience in Quality Assurance (QA) tasks or functions.
