Operations Process Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the follow-up of regional service requests and coordinate resources for work orders
• Assist project managers in tracking progress and maintaining accurate process-related data
• Support the creation, tracking, and maintenance of service-related processes in CRM and internal tools
• Help optimize CRM workflows and operational processes to improve efficiency and data quality
• Track and consolidate regional ticket data, monitoring status and closure progress
• Organize and maintain business and operational documentation to ensure consistency

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a comparable discipline
• Strong eye for detail and a methodical approach to data and documentation
• Familiarity with CRM systems or similar tools
• Proficient in English (C1 level)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
