Operations Principal

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Services organization across several global regions
• Manage and lead one or more operations managers
• Develop and implement processes and methods to ensure systematic operational success within Services
• Drive strategic initiatives while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution
• Introduce innovative employee experiences to enhance the organizational culture
• Build and maintain trustful relationships across international teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations, coordination, or project management
• Proven experience managing operations in a fast-changing international environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional working experience
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
