Operations Picking Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of pickers and store support staff to fulfill grocery orders
• Oversee inventory updates, including conducting regular stock takes
• Order inventory and manage incoming deliveries from suppliers
• Supervise daily store operations and ensure all facility requirements are met
• Ensure the effective use of the POS system
• Coordinate with riders to ensure the correct orders are dispatched to the right personnel

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in supermarket or convenience store management
• Strong team management and people leadership skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach
• Strong communication skills to handle customer queries and team challenges
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email
