Operations Pastor

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility operations including vendor relationships, janitorial tasks, and general repairs
• Recruit, train, and coach a robust volunteer team
• Inspect buildings and rooms prior to events to ensure temperature, access, and configuration needs are met
• Develop and execute formalized cleaning plans for all facility areas
• Manage inventory processes including product ordering, receiving, and storage
• Oversee trash management and campus cleanliness for services and special events
• Maintain equipment and oversee volunteer standards for equipment use
• Act as a liaison with the campus landscaping company

Requirements

• Passion for reaching the lost and personal integrity
• Active participation in a church group and consistent tithing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Action-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience successfully managing or leading a team
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain volunteers
