Operations Pastor

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility operations including vendor relationships, janitorial duties, HVAC, air filters, and general repairs
• Develop and execute a formalized cleaning plan for all facility areas
• Inspect rooms and buildings prior to events to ensure temperature, access, and configuration needs are met
• Manage inventory including ordering, receiving, storing, and displaying merchandise
• Recruit, train, and develop a robust volunteer team with pastoral care and guidance
• Handle trash management and removal for services and special events
• Operate and maintain equipment according to CCV procedures and train volunteers on standards
• Assist with campus landscaping coordination
• Support event setup, tear down, room changes, and physical campus needs

Requirements

• Must be or willing to become a participating member of CCV
• Regularly attend worship services with family
• Active participant in a group and transformation group; tithes consistently
• Experience managing and leading a team
• Ability to recruit, train, develop, and retain volunteers
• Excellent communication skills across various personality types
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
