Operations Partner

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment inspections before check-ins and after check-outs using a mobile checklist
• Take clear photos and document unit condition
• Handle key pickups, drop-offs, and simple delivery tasks
• Perform basic fixes such as replacing batteries, tightening fixtures, or minor touch-ups
• Troubleshoot simple issues like WiFi resets or access problems
• Support last-minute tasks to ensure apartments are guest-ready

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items approximately 30 lbs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency using mobile apps, Slack, and basic digital tools
• Strong attention to detail regarding photos and notes
• Availability on weekdays and/or weekends
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully
