Operations Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple project activities to accomplish strategic objectives
• Provide operational oversight for attorneys, including scheduling depositions and managing calendars
• Audit attorney and staff tasks to establish and execute efficient processes
• Ensure attorney cases are filed within 90 days and monitor deadlines
• Assist in the preparation and trial of lawsuits
• Conduct legal research, file management, and case progression activities
• Coordinate witnesses and pre-trial/trial activities
• Help create SOPs for best practices in personal injury cases

Requirements

• 3-5 years of paralegal experience
• Paralegal degree or certification from an accredited institute
• Comprehensive knowledge of legal terminology
• Knowledge of Florida law
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
