Operations Optimizer and Installation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee, maintain, and follow up on ongoing property operations
• Plan, implement, and follow up on energy and operation projects
• Monitor and optimize property energy consumption
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and authority requirements
• Manage budgeting and financial follow-up
• Handle tenant contacts and case management
• Act as a link between projects, management, operations, and after-sales

Requirements

• Post-secondary technical education in HVAC, electrical, energy, or property technology
• 3-5 years of experience in operation optimization, energy monitoring, and technical management (electrical focus)
• Strong understanding of the building process from design to handover
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and relevant frameworks
• Strong administrative and follow-up skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Valid B-driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Documented experience within the real estate industry
