About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual UFGE reporting process and semi-annual updates to ensure high-quality data and program effectiveness.
- Aggregate, analyze, and report results to the UFGE Partnership Council, Gender Leadership Council, and through the UFGE Annual Report.
- Support reporting systems, including results and risk frameworks, results databases, and data visualization mechanisms.
- Lead learning efforts to surface and share experiences across the UFGE grantee network through case studies, learning sessions, and site visits.
- Liaise with implementing teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for deeper collaboration and impact.
- Provide substantive operational, project, research, and statistical support to the UFGE Secretariat and Gender Department.
Requirements
- Master's degree in economics, finance, business, or a related field relevant to the World Bank Group’s mission.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management with governments, international organizations, or multilateral agencies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to address issues related to women’s economic empowerment and gender equality.
- Familiarity with World Bank Group trust fund policies, procedures, and operational processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural environments and manage competing demands under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of other languages, particularly French or Spanish.
- Experience with trust fund donor relations, monitoring and evaluation, and results frameworks.
- Experience using World Bank Group trust fund systems, including fundraising and trust fund portals.
