About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of local operational activities including event management, travel, HR queries, and logistical onboarding.
- Implement and ensure compliance with Global Operations policies and procedures within the local office.
- Manage local contracts and vendors to ensure alignment with global organizational policies.
- Oversee facilities management tasks, including reviewing vendor invoices, tracking budgets, and maintaining service agreements.
- Co-lead the implementation of cultural transformation initiatives across different geographies.
- Assist with budgeting, expense monitoring, and evaluation in coordination with the Finance department.
- Serve as a local signatory for operational processes such as bank payments and vendor contracts.
- Provide support for local health and safety (SHEQ) activities.
Requirements
- Experience in vendor management and contract administration.
- Proven experience working in a change management or transformational change environment.
- Basic understanding of real estate management principles and local compliance regulations.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to provide operational insights.
- Fluency in the local language and an excellent working knowledge of English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience working within a global or multi-geographical organizational structure.
