About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate local operational requirements including event management, travel, HR queries, and logistical onboarding.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with Global Operations policies and procedures within the local office.
  • Manage local contracts and vendors for outsourcing to ensure alignment with global standards.
  • Oversee facilities management tasks, including reviewing vendor invoices, tracking budgets, and maintaining service agreements.
  • Support the implementation of cultural transformation initiatives across different geographies.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense monitoring, and evaluation in coordination with the Finance department.
  • Serve as a local signatory for operational processes such as bank payments and vendor contracts.
  • Provide support for local health and safety (SHEQ) activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in vendor management and contract administration.
  • Experience working within a change management or transformational change environment.
  • Basic understanding of real estate management principles and local compliance regulations.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform local operational decisions.
  • Fluency in Spanish and an excellent working knowledge of English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with sensitivity to cultural differences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.
