Operations Officer

Responsibilities

• Support the Country Manager and industry teams in business development efforts and project management within priority areas in Ukraine.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banking partners, multilateral organizations, and government officials.
• Coordinate donor engagement activities, specifically with the European Commission, and support fundraising pipeline development.
• Draft high-quality talking points, briefs, summaries, and presentations for donor meetings and external communications.
• Provide on-ground support for monitoring project progress and evaluating performance impact.
• Represent IFC at high-profile events, seminars, and conferences to increase organizational visibility.

Requirements

• Master's degree in economics, business, finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in banking, finance, consulting, or a fast-paced knowledge-based environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid experience utilizing AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity.
• Fluency in both English and Ukrainian (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven experience engaging with government entities, donor partners, and the private sector within Ukraine.
