Operations Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Consumer Line Products, including policy administration, premium booking, and renewals.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of policy data, documentation, and billing across all systems.
• Handle client and broker enquiries promptly via phone and email to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform quality checks, file reviews, and reconciliation activities to maintain internal controls.
• Identify recurring issues, control gaps, and compliance risks, recommending corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Support operational change initiatives, including system enhancements, automation, and migration projects.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure a positive experience for agents, brokers, and business partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial services industry (5+ years required for senior-level roles).
• Background in operations, policy administration, or customer service within insurance or financial services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new operational systems quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• General insurance product knowledge is preferred.
