Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a team of warehouse associates and e-bike mechanics towards 100+ FTE
• Own, design, and continuously improve major parts of the end-to-end operational flow
• Drive a customer-centric mindset across all operational decisions to ensure high service quality
• Ensure outstanding daily warehouse output and performance metrics
• Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and external partners
• Design and optimize processes for both customer experience and financial efficiency
• Build tools, dashboards, and reporting to maintain full visibility on operations
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support rapid growth and expansion

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Finance, Consulting, or similar roles
• Fluency in both German and English
• Proven leadership experience in warehouse or operational environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and a drive for operational excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing, and hands-on environment
