Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teller functions to ensure exceptional customer service and colleague experience
• Manage the daily operations and scheduling of the teller line
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and audit procedures
• Coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team of direct reports to meet business objectives
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed
• Manage the allocation of people and financial resources for branch operations
• Assist customers with needs assessment and refer them to appropriate dwelling secured products

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or issue resolution
• 1+ years of leadership experience
• Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
• Compliance with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) qualification requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services management within a high-volume environment
• Knowledge of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
• Strong ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
• Previous experience with cash handling
• Relevant military experience in leadership or personnel management
