Operations Manager – Warehouse & Logistics

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory management, for a fast-paced multinational site in Dubai.
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse operations team, including supervisors and frontline associates, to build a culture of accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Manage operating and capital budgets with a focus on cost efficiency and ROI.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Customer Service to align operations with broader business objectives.
• Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers and external partners to ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs.
• Leverage WMS, ERP tools, and data reporting to drive operational visibility and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Approximately 8 years of experience leading warehouse and logistics operations, ideally in a multinational or regional distribution environment.
• Proven track record of leading large, diverse operations teams through periods of growth and change.
• Demonstrated success managing 3PL relationships, inventory governance, and compliance.
• Proficiency with WMS, ERP systems, and digital productivity tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or equivalent professional certification.
