Operations Manager Warehouse Logistics

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize operational logistics, including personnel and resource allocation
• Lead and develop a motivated team of up to 200 employees on the shop floor
• Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure optimal operational workflows
• Drive process optimization and implement improvements in collaboration with the logistics and Lean teams
• Analyze and monitor operational KPIs and manage cost control
• Contribute to various logistics-related projects

Requirements

• Higher education in logistics, commercial, or technical fields (preferably University/FH) or extensive leadership experience in logistics
• Multi-year experience in personnel leadership and development
• Proficiency in SAP, with a strong focus on SAP EWM
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong social competence, teamwork, and communication skills in an international environment
• Proven ability in troubleshooting and efficient problem-solving
