Operations Manager Warehouse Logistics

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize day-to-day logistics operations, including workforce and resource allocation
• Lead, coach, and develop a motivated shopfloor team of approximately 100 to 200 employees
• Coordinate workforce scheduling to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations
• Drive process improvements and implement optimization initiatives in collaboration with Logistics Management and the Lean Team
• Monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and control costs
• Contribute to various logistics-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Higher education qualification in logistics, business, engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience in leading and developing teams
• Excellent German language skills (essential) and strong English skills
• Strong SAP expertise, ideally with a focus on SAP EWM
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong decision-making capabilities
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems under operational pressure
