Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational processes across OPD, AHC, claims coordination, and provider networks
- Ensure SLA adherence and high-quality service delivery across corporate and insurer partnerships
- Lead, mentor, and manage medium to large-sized operations teams
- Define performance KPIs and monitor team productivity
- Analyze operational data to derive actionable insights and build performance dashboards
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Finance, and Sales teams to improve workflows
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual dependencies
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in healthtech aggregators, TPAs, insurers, brokers, or hospital/clinic operations
- Mandatory experience managing medium to large teams
- Hands-on experience in managing healthcare operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments preferred
- Basic understanding of AHC and OPD business KPIs is a plus
