Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall shift operations, production performance, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance
• Manage production staff through coaching, counseling, and enforcing policies
• Oversee facility documentation including reports, licenses, and procedures
• Monitor workflow, set processing variables, and implement cost reductions
• Schedule and assign personnel to complete production plans
• Ensure equipment operation and coordinate necessary repairs
• Analyze production performance data and compile manufacturing information
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with safety policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (Associates or Bachelors preferred)
• Minimum 8 years of Facility Supervisory experience
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical experience (Welding, Fabrication, or General Maintenance)
• Minimum 5 years of construction equipment operational knowledge (Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Screeners, Truck Scale)
• Experience in materials processing or asphalt/concrete/processing plants
• Experience in labor relations and employee management
• Ability to wear required PPE including respirators and steel-toed shoes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
