About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations, personnel, and scheduling for LSS units
- Conduct systematic quality and business development
- Ensure compliance with agreements, assignments, and regulations
- Maintain ongoing contact with users, employees, and relatives
- Manage unit economy and budget
- Ensure occupancy levels based on budget and set goals
- Collaborate with support functions within the group
Requirements
- University degree in social work (socionom), behavioral science, or equivalent
- Minimum 7.5 credits in social law (if not a social worker)
- Previous experience working in LSS housing (LSS § 9:9)
- Management experience
- Experience in budget work and financial analysis
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish (written and spoken)
- Valid B-driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Training in social work methodologies, such as clarifying pedagogy
- Experience in private care services
- Experience leading operations through development and change
- Experience working in large organizations or high-growth companies
