Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute capacity and capability management strategies.
• Drive continuous process improvement using Lean Sigma methodologies.
• Lead and manage a high-performing team, including performance management, coaching, and career development.
• Manage staffing levels, budgets, and P&L to achieve established KPIs such as cost, revenue, and profit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads to ensure effective workflow and resource assignment.
• Ensure compliance with all established policies, standards, and quality requirements.
• Build strong global relationships and cross-functional networks to improve customer experience.

Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Physics, or a related field.
• At least five years of directly related professional experience.
• Proven experience in budget and P&L management.
• Demonstrated ability in staffing and employee performance management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and process documents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Lean Leadership training or equivalent.
