Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaboration between esports experts, marketing teams, and key stakeholders
• Oversee budget processes and tools in collaboration with Procurement and Legal
• Review and evaluate esports processes to suggest operational improvements
• Provide project management support for strategic esports projects
• Manage the deployment and maintenance of new project management tools
• Support transversal projects such as the annual R6 Marketing and Esports Summit
• Coordinate internal and external materials to showcase department impact

Requirements

• Previous experience in operational and project management roles
• Problem-solving mindset with a versatile skillset
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent influencing and diplomatic skills
• High energy with excellent presentation and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines
• Fluency in English is mandatory
