Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute operational plans for current and new service lines, including schedules, routes, and vehicle assignments.
• Monitor shuttle operation data for efficiency and identify areas for process improvement.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, developing tracking systems and KPIs to monitor operational performance.
• Manage the Driver Score Cards incentive program and partner with Supervisors to ensure driver success.
• Develop and train Senior Supervisors and Supervisors through coaching and field time to build a leadership succession plan.
• Create content for monthly staff safety meetings and develop training materials for Drivers and Supervisors.
• Lead a functional group or division, providing strategic direction to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience, or equivalent transportation experience.
• Experience working in a transportation or logistical environment.
• Bachelor's level degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must be at least 25 years of age to meet CDL requirements.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet operational needs, including occasional work outside regular hours.
• Willingness to work in various outdoor environments, including inclement weather.
