Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, including inventory accuracy, product flow, and facility maintenance
• Oversee operational staff by setting clear goals, training on technology, and maintaining high standards of excellence
• Partner with the General Manager to manage annual budgets and optimize people resources
• Maintain a standardized environment to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient business operations
• Coordinate with PR and Marketing teams to execute special event needs and support brand initiatives

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of stock or operations-related experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Must be at least 18 years of age
