Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of operators, technicians, drivers, and other personnel
• Implement improvements to increase operational efficiency
• Build and maintain training materials and operational documentation
• Identify and react to technical issues in the Loop with quick mitigating actions
• Coordinate with civil servants, elected officials, and contractors to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes
• Identify system weak points and execute corrective actions
• Collaborate with architectural and engineering teams to deliver actionable requirements for system scaling
• Strategically manage technological and operational changes as the system evolves
• Determine the best approach for internal versus outsourced technical work

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to change
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a field of engineering
