Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end process for registering and onboarding international sellers
• Manage the operational framework for goods movement from origin warehouses to local warehouses and customers
• Own inventory management processes for both origin-country and local stock
• Establish and enforce product quality and listing standards
• Design a scalable seller communications framework
• Act as the primary operational interface between Cross-Border and internal teams like warehousing, tech, and finance
• Monitor and manage seller performance using defined health scores and SLAs
• Build reporting infrastructure for real-time operational visibility
• Define cross-border compliance requirements for documentation and regulations
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement durable solutions for operational bottlenecks

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cross-border commerce, marketplace operations, or e-commerce logistics
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or International Trade
• Proven track record of designing and implementing operational processes at scale
• Deep knowledge of international logistics flows and import/export documentation
• Strong analytical and data skills for building operational models
• Ability to solve complex, ambiguous operational problems independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in or with an e-commerce marketplace
