About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, including handling escalations and ensuring contractual agreements are met accurately and on time.
- Partner with Account Management to ensure timely contract revisions and manage deviations from the standard scope of service.
- Monitor and manage client SLAs using appropriate tools to ensure adherence to targets and perform root cause analysis for any misses.
- Conduct regular Service Review meetings and lead Hypercare calls to track and resolve outstanding actions.
- Oversee the operational team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and individual reviews.
- Collaborate with Transformation and Product teams to implement automation, innovation, and product enhancements.
- Ensure payroll legislation updates are documented and understood by the team.
Requirements
- BA/BS in a business-related field (Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or equivalent).
- 5-8 years of experience in payroll or benefits administration within an HR consulting, outsourcing, or corporate environment.
- Native Dutch verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in team management, including coaching and performance development.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
