Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents and workflow automations to eliminate manual operational work
• Own the integration layer between Salesforce, Rocketlane, SAP, Jira, and reporting tools
• Build dashboards and lead operational rhythms including pipeline, capacity, and KPI reviews
• Manage PS demand forecasting and maintain forecast accuracy
• Oversee invoicing workflows and revenue recognition accuracy in SAP
• Build and maintain end-to-end capacity models across PS roles and regions
• Manage resource planning and allocation in Rocketlane
• Standardize pre-sales to delivery handoffs and scoping workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years in Ops, BizOps, Program Ops, or PS Ops supporting technical SaaS teams
• Proven track record in capacity planning and PS forecasting
• Experience with Rocketlane or equivalent PSA tools for resource planning
• Experience designing workflow automations with n8n, Zapier, or similar
• Hands-on experience applying AI agents to operational workflows
• Experience with invoicing and revenue recognition in SAP or comparable ERP
• Strong systems thinking and data fluency
• Excellent executive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Jira delivery flows and SLA governance
• Experience supporting Solution Engineering organizations
• Familiarity with conversational AI or enterprise software deployment patterns
