Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and high-quality relationships with clients, including satisfaction monitoring and handling complaints
• Control daily service quality and ensure compliance with contract specifications
• Plan, organize, direct, and supervise executed works
• Supervise operations to guarantee business continuity
• Organize exploitation teams including foremen, team leaders, and operators across 3x8 shifts
• Define operating procedures (MOES), production processes, and work execution schedules
• Manage resources including budget, team allocation, and equipment investment
• Monitor performance indicators such as budget control, resource management, and deadlines
• Deploy company safety standards and ensure team compliance with QHSE policies
• Pursue zero-accident objectives and report any dangerous situations or anomalies

Requirements

• Significant experience in the steel industry (sidérurgie)
• Proven experience in team management
• Strong safety culture and rigor in application
• Proficiency with IT tools
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
