Responsibilities

• Plan and implement projects within the reputation management area for a multi-brand portfolio
• Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Organize work with contractors, including searching, briefing, and quality control
• Maintain systematic documentation, task tracking, and priority management
• Analyze existing processes to identify optimization points and implement structural changes
• Respond quickly to reputation risks and crisis situations across the portfolio
• Monitor latest trends in brand promotion, SERM, and search engine optimization

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a PM or in a related role
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Experience working with marketing or digital directions
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of SERM and SEO
