Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3-7 front-line Supervisors and 50-200+ hourly associates
• Create and maintain a safe work environment for all Associates and Leaders
• Mentor, train, and develop teammates for career progression and performance improvement
• Create, communicate, and maintain quality control policies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives for Safety, Quality, and Productivity
• Build and deliver productivity plans by reviewing forecasts and balancing labor
• Review and action performance data with Supervisors to ensure operational goals are met
• Partner with other managers to share best practices across the network

Requirements

• 2-3 years of previous supervisory experience in e-commerce, warehousing, or distribution
• 1-2 years of management experience preferred
• Operational knowledge across two or more functional areas (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, or VAS)
• Ability to manage, motivate, and develop leaders and team members
• Strong technical and analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or ERP/WMS/TMS
• Demonstrated ability to exceed target goals and SLA accomplishments
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred
