Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily resort-wide wellness operational oversight to ensure seamless execution of the guest experience
• Serve as the key liaison between guest-facing teams and internal operations
• Act as the point of contact for service escalations and high-touch guest recovery
• Oversee guest experience through real-time itinerary updates, bookings, and daily guest movement
• Manage revenue and labor optimization, including booking gap analysis and labor cost monitoring
• Coordinate itineraries and logistics for VIPs, groups, and media visits
• Supervise Experience Specialist and Retreat Assistant teams, including scheduling, training, and performance coaching
• Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and safety across retreat support areas

Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience in hospitality or wellness industry (front desk, operations, reservations, or concierge)
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Book4Time, GMS, Asana, and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
