About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all operational subcontractors including security, cleaning, HSE, pest control, and landscaping
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Technical, Tenant Relations, and RDD departments
- Liaise with tenants to manage ongoing operational and technical requests
- Manage the operational service charge budget and provide improvement recommendations
- Provide operational data and analysis to the Department Head
- Manage the handover of units and building systems to and from tenants and contractors
- Oversee ongoing operational issues to ensure smooth property operation
- Monitor tenant compliance with lease terms, building regulations, and health and safety requirements
- Manage and resolve tenant operational complaints
- Ensure third-party contractors fulfill contractual obligations and monitor their working practices
- Manage the tendering and re-tendering of operational service contracts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 4–5 years of experience in Facilities Management or Operations
- Previous experience in shopping centres or mixed-use developments preferred
- Strong knowledge of property operations and subcontractor management
- Experience with service charge budgeting
- Solid understanding of tenant relations, lease compliance, and health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
