Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Observe live clinic operations (diagnostics, patient routing, reception) to identify and resolve inefficiencies
• Translate commercial strategy into concrete on-site execution and process improvements
• Build and implement operational routines, checklists, and standardized processes across operations, sales, and marketing
• Act as a primary point of contact for clinic managers and shareholding doctors, providing hands-on support
• Track the impact of operational changes and report results directly to the Commercial Director
• Scale best practices across different sites and hubs to drive the expansion of the Spanish market

Requirements

• Professional experience in strategy consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or a high-growth, fast-paced company
• Degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on healthcare economics
• Proven operational experience combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform and communicate complex financial analyses at an executive level
• Native Spanish (C2) and business-fluent English (C1 or above)
• Flexibility and drive to work across various physical locations
