Responsibilities

• Build and manage the local station in collaboration with central departments
• Implement and optimize operational standards, such as vehicle handovers and returns
• Collaborate with international roadsurfer teams to continuously improve processes
• Lead and develop the local team with empathy and clear communication
• Recruit and onboard new talent to grow the station
• Manage the vehicle fleet, ensuring condition and coordinating with local service partners
• Provide expert customer consultation for various products including rent, abo, and spots

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, degree, or comparable qualification
• 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in car rental, tourism, or similar sectors
• Experience in team leadership is a plus
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
• Very good German and English skills
• Valid Class B driver's license
