Responsibilities
- Co-lead the hotel’s operational departments in both a strategic and hands-on manner
- Work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation
- Ensure adherence to legislation and due diligence requirements
- Manage the hotel budget
- Act as the right hand to the General Manager to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
- Deliver experiences that exceed guest expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading hotel-operations teams
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Proficiency in IT systems, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
