About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations in Plating, RTI, and Fulfillment areas
- Ensure high standards in quality, hygiene, and occupational safety
- Monitor operational performance using SQCDP metrics, including shift performance and material flow
- Coach and develop Area Managers, Supervisors, and operational teams
- Implement process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure stable end-to-end processes
Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in food production, FMCG, logistics, or fulfillment
- Proven success in Operational Excellence, KPI management, and team development
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Experience with Lean Management or continuous improvement methods is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills
