Operations Manager

About the Company

Pro à Pro, a subsidiary of the METRO Group, is a major player in the RHD (Out-of-Home Catering) sector. We supply catering professionals (restaurateurs and local authorities) with a full range of products including groceries, beverages, fresh products, frozen goods, and hygiene supplies through personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Pilot daily performance of logistics operations (warehouse & transport)
• Ensure service quality, deadline compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Supervise operational teams and guarantee the safety of people and goods
• Identify areas for improvement and deploy standards such as 5S and field routines
• Contribute to optimization projects through analysis and action plans
• Manage the operational budget, control costs, and propose optimization paths
• Ensure compliance with transport, hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations
• Coordinate with local, regional, and national teams and sales departments
• Monitor key KPIs and lead operational rituals and performance reviews

Requirements

• Master's degree (Engineering school, Supply Chain, or equivalent)
• 5 years of experience in logistics operations, team management, or continuous improvement
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving ability
• Natural leadership and strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, etc.) is appreciated
• Result-oriented with a focus on safety and sustainable performance
