Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage stock and warehouse operations, ensuring product safety and impeccable maintenance to facilitate the luxury selling process.
• Oversee daily goods receipt, merchandise arrangement, and product flow tracking via the SAP system.
• Organize and perform regular product counting and stock takes to minimize losses.
• Guarantee the accuracy of returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries following corporate guidelines.
• Optimize and organize stockroom space in cooperation with the Store Manager.
• Lead, train, and evaluate the stock team, including coordinating staff activities and conducting performance assessments.

Requirements

• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate others.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a mature and assertive professional demeanor.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
• A degree in Business, Retail Management, or an equivalent field is preferred.
